MEET YOUR SPEECH THERAPIST
Melissa Greene, M.A., CCC/SLP
Welcome! I’m Melissa M. Greene, M.A., CCC-SLP, a pediatric speech therapist with nearly 3 decades of experience helping children grow and succeed. Over the years, I’ve supported children in a variety of settings— from private practice and homes to schools and early intervention programs.
I started Magnolia Speech Therapy Associates to build strong partnerships with families and provide personalized speech and feeding therapy that supports each child’s unique needs. After years of serving in leadership roles and working closely with families, I knew I wanted to create a practice rooted in relationships, flexibility, and individualized care.
My approach is play-based, child-centered, and focused on building upon your child’s strengths. I believe in creating fun sessions with the flexibility to follow your child’s lead so they feel confident learning and practicing new skills.
I work closely with families to provide education, coaching, and home strategies that support your child’s continued progress between sessions. There’s nothing more rewarding than watching a child make progress, and I’m honored to be part of that journey.
Let’s Get Started!
-
We will begin with a phone call to discuss your concerns, answer your questions, and determine the next steps.
-
Following the consultation call, an evaluation appointment will be scheduled.
Prior to the evaluation, you will be emailed a case history form to complete, which you will bring with you to the evaluation.
-
Following the initial evaluation, you will receive a report that we will review with you.
If therapy is recommended, we will also review the recommended plan of care and develop meaningful and appropriate goals for your child.

Therapy begins at a frequency and time that will best support your child’s progress.
Progress will be monitored regularly, and you will receive a progress report every 6 months.
